About Us

We are a father-daughter duo who have been working together for several years. Paul has over 30 years experience in the traditional silversmithing trade, Helena joined him in the business six years ago.

We work together from our workshop in St. Albans using traditional silversmithing and metalwork techniques using all types of precious metal.

Who We Are

Paul

Paul is an established silversmith whose love of silver began whilst at Stonyhurst College in Lancashire.

He then went on to work with some of London's most respected silversmiths. Paul regularly undertook commissions and repairs of antique silver for Asprey, Garrards and other Bond Street dealers, becoming one of the few silversmiths today who specialise in the restoration of 'Old Sheffield Plate'.

He has now taken on the mantle of 'Regimental Silversmith' for a number of military regiments and also for the Royal Automobile Club.

Having established his reputation in London, he now works as an independent artist, silversmith and goldsmith who accepts commissions of any size.

Helena

Helena followed in her father's footsteps, attending Stonyhurst College and then on to study prop making and technical theatre at RADA.

Having spent time watching her father at work throughout her formative years, Helena came to realise that this was also the path she wished to follow and has now joined Paul to create the family firm.

Her work to date has included commemorative work for the Royal Automobile Club, restoration of ecclesiastical silverware and private commissions, as well as the handmade jewellery and gift range available for purchase through our shop.
